Terms of Service

To use GrailDrop you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be located in, or a resident of, a restricted jurisdiction (see our Compliance Policy);
• Not be barred from using the platform under applicable law or by a prior account action.

We may require identity and age verification at any time. Providing false information, or using the platform on behalf of someone who is ineligible, is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials secret and enabling available security features such as multi-factor authentication. One person may hold one account. You must give accurate information and keep it current.

Notify us immediately at support@graildrop.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud or abuse, or that we are required to act on by law.

GrailDrop is an entertainment platform where you open digital mystery packs and play game modes (Battles, the Upgrader, the Forge, and the Grand Grail) for a chance to win real-world prizes. Every pack discloses its full prize pool and the exact odds of each outcome, and every result is provably fair and independently verifiable.

GrailDrop is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment product, or gambling operator where you wager for cash payouts. Prizes are goods (or, where offered, account credit); they are not securities and carry no guaranteed resale or market value. Nothing on the platform is financial advice.

Each pack lists every possible prize, its stated value, and its win probability (as a ticket weight out of the pack's total). Stated values are estimates of typical retail/market price at the time of listing and may differ from what you could actually realize on resale.

Outcomes are generated using a committed server seed combined with your client seed and a nonce. The server-seed hash is published before you play, and the seed is revealed on rotation, so any result can be re-computed and verified. See the Provably Fair page. We do not alter odds after a pack is published; changes create a new odds version.

• Battles: two or more players open the same packs; the mode's rules determine the winner, who receives the combined prize pool (or a share, in Share mode). Bots may fill empty seats and are clearly distinguishable from real players in results.
• Upgrader: stake balance or an item against a higher-value target with a disclosed win chance; win and you receive the target, lose and the stake is consumed.
• Forge: combine several items into one draw from a higher-tier pool.
• Grand Grail: a community jackpot funded by a small share of the house margin from paid actions; every paid action gives a provably-fair shot at the vault.

Each mode carries a disclosed house edge. Once a play is confirmed it cannot be reversed, except where required by law or where we determine an error occurred.

You fund your account by depositing supported cryptocurrencies. Deposits are credited as platform balance after the required network confirmations. Balance is a prepaid entertainment credit usable on GrailDrop; it is not a deposit account, bears no interest, and is not insured.

You are responsible for sending funds on the correct network to the correct address. We are not liable for funds lost due to wrong-network transfers, mistyped addresses, or third-party wallet errors. All amounts are processed in the units shown at the time of the transaction.

When you win a prize you may, where eligible:

• Claim the physical item — shipped to a verified address (see Shipping & Fulfillment);
• Convert it to balance at the prize's stated value; or
• Withdraw eligible balance to crypto.

High-value prizes are subject to manual review and authentication before fulfillment, and may take longer. Claims over a threshold require basic verification; crypto cash-out over a threshold requires full KYC (see Compliance). Some prizes are not cash-out eligible and must be claimed or converted. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where the exact item is unavailable.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to interact with the platform;
• Open multiple accounts, collude, or abuse promotions, referrals, or bonuses;
• Use stolen payment methods, launder funds, or engage in fraud;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its security;
• Circumvent geographic, age, or verification restrictions.

Bonuses and promotional credit carry wagering requirements and may be voided for abuse. We may claw back balance or prizes obtained through fraud, error, or breach of these Terms.

GrailDrop, its logos, software, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Third-party brand names and product images refer to real goods offered as prizes and remain the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrailDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrailDrop is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute informally. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis (no class actions). Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using GrailDrop and close your account at any time; certain provisions (payments owed, IP, disclaimers, dispute terms) survive termination.
