Responsible Play

Last updated · June 1, 2026

GrailDrop is meant to be fun. For some people, opening packs and playing game modes can stop being fun and start being a problem. This page explains the tools we provide to help you stay in control, and where to get support if you need it.

1.Our principles

  • GrailDrop is entertainment, not income. Never play with money you can't afford to lose.
  • Every pack discloses its full prize pool and odds, and outcomes are provably fair — but each play has a built-in house edge, and over time most players spend more than they win back.
  • Prizes are goods with no guaranteed resale value; GrailDrop is not an investment.
  • The platform is strictly for adults aged 18+.

2.Tools to stay in control

From your responsible-play settings you can set personal safeguards that are enforced automatically across deposits and every game:

  • Daily deposit limit — cap how much you can deposit in a rolling 24 hours;
  • Weekly spend limit — cap how much you can wager over a rolling 7 days; once you reach it, new plays are blocked until it resets;
  • Self-exclusion / cooling-off — take a break from 24 hours up to 6 months, or permanently. Deposits and play are blocked for the whole period.

Limit changes take effect immediately. Self-exclusion can be extended but never shortened or cancelled early. During an exclusion you can still withdraw eligible balance and claim won prizes, but you cannot deposit or play. For anything not available in-app, email support@graildrop.io.

3.Warning signs

It may be time to take a break if you:

  • Spend more than you planned, or chase losses to “win it back”;
  • Play to escape stress, anxiety, or low mood;
  • Borrow money, sell things, or neglect work, study, or relationships to keep playing;
  • Feel guilty, anxious, or unable to stop.

4.Protecting minors

GrailDrop is 18+ only. If you share a device with people under 18, use parental-control and filtering tools to block access, and keep your login credentials private. We verify age and will close any account found to belong to a minor.

5.Where to get help

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, free and confidential help is available. These organizations offer support, self-assessment, and counselling:

You can also reach our team at support@graildrop.io to set limits or self-exclude. We're here to help, not to keep you playing.
