Cookie Policy

Last updated · June 1, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how GrailDrop uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and SDKs) to run the platform, keep it secure, remember your preferences, and understand how it's used. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a site recognize your device across requests and pages. “Similar technologies” — such as local storage and pixels — perform comparable functions. We use both first-party (set by GrailDrop) and limited third-party technologies.

2.Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions, security and anti-fraud tokens, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. The platform cannot function without these, so they are always on.
  • Preferences — remember settings such as language, sound, and display options.
  • Analytics — help us understand usage and improve the product, in aggregated form. Set only with your consent.
  • Marketing — measure and (where offered) personalize promotions. Set only with your consent.

3.Managing your choices

On your first visit we ask for consent to non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — but disabling strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and other core features.

We honor “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signals where required by law, and we do not set analytics or marketing technologies until you opt in.

4.Third-party technologies

Some features rely on trusted providers (for example, identity verification, error monitoring, and analytics). These providers may set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies. We limit third-party technologies to what is necessary and, for non-essential ones, only after your consent.

5.Changes to this Policy

As we add or remove technologies, we will update this Policy and the “last updated” date. Material changes affecting non-essential cookies will prompt a fresh consent request.
